a. Rotary Furnace – Higher efficiency and lower contamination
For low-grade scrap recovery, we have developed this new concept in rotary melting furnaces which provides profitable metal yields and produces significantly lower contaminant waste than traditional models, which produce high amounts of waste salts.

b. Smelter Furnace – A smelter is a furnace for melting aluminium or aluminium alloy ingots or medium size scrap. It is used both in foundries and in plants for recovering secondary aluminium. It can be added to an existing plant to increase melting capacity.

c. Reverberatory Melting cum Holding Furnace – Easy loading and cleaning Highly suitable for melting and holding aluminium scrap. Reverberatory furnaces can be static or tilting and can have side walls, conventional doors or whole-wall doors for access to the entire width of the chamber.

Reverberatory furnaces are specifically designed for receiving, holding, alloying and preparing molten aluminium.
